The Method in Full

The six steps, in detail

A quick look at each stage — expand any step for what happens, what we need from you and what you get.

WStep 1 of 6

Water Analysis

We lab-test your water for TDS, hardness, pH and more, so the system is designed for your actual water.

Read the detail
What happens

We collect a sample and get your water lab-tested — TDS, hardness, pH, iron and microbes — at Equinox and other leading labs, so the design is built on your actual water rather than an assumption.

What we need from you

Access to your water source or sources — borewell, municipal or tanker — and a rough idea of your daily and peak usage.

What you get

A lab-backed water report and a clear read on what your water needs, before a single component is chosen.

Assessment

We size the system to your space and real demand, working with your MEP and kitchen consultants.

Read the detail
What happens

We assess the site — space and layout, current and future demand, plumbing drawings and electrical load, and any BMS or IOT integration — sitting with your MEP and kitchen consultants so the system is right-sized. Undersizing fails; oversizing wastes cost and space.

What we need from you

Site access, layout or plumbing drawings if you have them, and an introduction to your MEP and kitchen consultants.

What you get

A right-sized scope matched to your peak demand and your space — no guesswork and no oversell.

Technical Design

We design the full water train — from raw water pump and storage through filtration, RO and treated storage to the pumping system — on Pentair Everpure and ClairHydra platforms.

Read the detail
What happens

We design the full treatment train for your water — raw water pump and storage, filtration for sediment and hardness (softening where your water needs it), RO for TDS, treated water storage and a pumping system that delivers it under pressure to point of use, with UV disinfection added where microbial control is needed — built on authorized Pentair Everpure and ClairHydra platforms, with Pentair Everpure bringing 90+ years behind the components.

What we need from you

Sign-off on the proposed design, along with any product or budget preferences you want us to work within.

What you get

An engineering-first proposal that connects the problem, the selected system, the execution scope and the outcome.

Execution

Our own team delivers and installs the system, plumbed, wired and sanitised with genuine components.

What happens

Our own team delivers and installs the system — plumbed and pressure-tested, wired and sanitised — using genuine components so the install is clean, correct and built to last.

What we need from you

A confirmed site window and utility points — water and power — ready at the plant location.

What you get

A professional install by one accountable team, not a chain of sub-contractors passing the job along.

Readiness Check

We commission and validate pressure, flow and product TDS against the design before the system goes live.

Read the detail
What happens

We commission and validate the system against the design — checking pressure, flow and product TDS on calibrated gauges — before it goes live. Only then does it earn the Commissioned stamp.

What we need from you

A short handover walkthrough with your team, so your operators know how the system runs day to day.

What you get

Proof the system performs to design at handover — pressure, flow and output TDS, documented.

Support

A planned AMC cycle keeps it running, system-driven, so nothing stops if an engineer moves on.

Read the detail
What happens

We back the system with a planned AMC cycle — handover, then service at M3, M6 and M9, then renew — with consumables and spares planned ahead. It is system-driven, not owner-driven, so nothing stops if an engineer moves on.

What we need from you

An AMC agreement and reasonable service access on the scheduled visits.

What you get

Consistent water quality and one accountable team on call, long after handover.

Reporting

AMC customers also get a quarterly water quality report from a NABL-accredited lab — the kind of record an FSSAI auditor asks for, and an early read on source water drifting before it becomes an equipment problem.

Audit-Ready Documentation

Documentation your auditor will actually accept

An AMC isn’t only about keeping the system running — it’s also a paper trail. Every AMC customer gets a quarterly water quality report they can hand an auditor without a scramble.

A quarterly lab report, on file

Every AMC customer receives a quarterly water quality report from a NABL-accredited laboratory, covering the parameters relevant to their site, with before/after treatment values where applicable.

Ready before the auditor asks

FSSAI’s food-service hygiene requirements expect potable water meeting IS 10500 wherever water is used as an ingredient or touches food-contact surfaces, and expect businesses to retain testing records. Current lab reports mean an audit request gets answered on the spot, not a scramble to arrange testing.

An operational baseline too

The same quarterly numbers double as an early warning system — you can see source water drifting, pre-monsoon to post-monsoon or tanker to borewell, before it turns into an equipment problem.

DhwaNeer’s reporting supports your compliance and audit-readiness process — meeting FSSAI requirements remains the food business operator’s responsibility. Applicable testing frequency and scope should be confirmed against your site’s current FSSAI licence conditions and supply arrangement.

Why It Holds Up

System-driven, not owner-driven

The last letter of WATERS is the one that protects your investment. Your water plant should keep running the same way whether or not any single engineer is available — so we build the whole project to be documented, handed over and backed by a team.

One accountable team

Single-point responsibility across design, supply, installation, commissioning and AMC — so there is always one team answerable for your water.

Documented & handed over

The system is commissioned against its design and formally handed over, so how it runs never lives inside one person’s head.

AMC-backed, not person-dependent

A planned AMC cycle with consumables and spares mapped ahead means service continues on schedule even if an engineer moves on.

Questions, Answered

How-we-work FAQ

The things prospects ask before handing us a project.

How long does a typical project take?

It depends on scope. A single-outlet filtration or softening system can be delivered in a few days once the water report and design are signed off, while a larger multi-system plant or a multi-site rollout runs over several weeks. You get an indicative schedule with the proposal.

Do you handle plumbing and electrical work too?

Yes. Execution is turnkey — our own team delivers, installs, plumbs and pressure-tests the system and wires it up, then sanitises it before commissioning. You deal with one accountable team, not a chain of separate contractors.

Which brands and components do you use?

Systems are built on authorized Pentair Everpure and ClairHydra platforms, integrated with genuine components such as Astral pipes, Sintex tanks and John Guest fittings. Everything is chosen to be reliable and serviceable.

Do you test our water before designing the system?

Always. We start by lab-testing your water — TDS, hardness, pH, iron and microbes — at Equinox and other leading labs, so the design is engineered for your actual water rather than a catalogue assumption.

Do you provide AMC after handover?

Yes. Support runs on a planned AMC cycle — handover, then service at M3, M6 and M9, then renewal — with consumables and spares planned ahead. It is system-driven, so service continues on schedule even if an engineer moves on.

Do you work outside Mumbai?

Yes. DhwaNeer is based in Mumbai and executes turnkey projects pan-India, including multi-site and multi-city water programmes. Share your city and we will plan the site visit accordingly.

Do you provide water quality reports we can show an FSSAI auditor?

Yes. Every AMC customer receives a quarterly water quality report from a NABL-accredited laboratory, covering the parameters relevant to their site, with before/after treatment values where applicable. It supports your compliance and audit-readiness process — meeting FSSAI requirements remains the food business operator’s responsibility, and the applicable testing frequency and scope should be confirmed against your site’s current FSSAI licence conditions.

How often are the water quality reports issued?

Quarterly, for customers on an AMC. Beyond audit documentation, the same reports give you an operational baseline — a way to see source water drifting, for instance pre- to post-monsoon or tanker versus borewell, before it turns into an equipment problem. Confirm the exact scope and frequency against your site’s current FSSAI licence conditions and supply arrangement, since requirements can vary by site.
