WATER-QUALITY REPORT
[ ] pH, turbidity and TDS
[ ] Total hardness and alkalinity
[ ] Chloride, sulphate, nitrate and iron where relevant
[ ] Microbiological results where required
[ ] Any source-specific or process-specific parameters
[ ] Units, detection limits and applicable reference standard shown

APPLICATION AND DEMAND
[ ] Drinking or food-contact uses
[ ] Kitchen, coffee, ice, steam, laundry, boiler or process uses
[ ] Fixtures/equipment and their inlet-water specifications
[ ] Average daily demand and peak flow
[ ] Operating hours and storage volume
[ ] Required pressure at critical points

SITE AND OPERATIONS
[ ] Available plant-room dimensions and drainage
[ ] Electrical supply and access route
[ ] Existing treatment, pumps, tanks and pipe sizes
[ ] Reject, regeneration and backwash disposal route
[ ] Maintenance access and service expectations
